The servo press is a device driven by AC servo motor, which changes the rotary force to the vertical direction through high-precision ball screw, controls and manages the pressure by the pressure sensor loaded on the front of the driving part, controls and manages the speed position by the encoder, and applies pressure to the working object at the same time, so as to achieve the processing purpose.

It can control the pressure/stop position/drive speed/stop time at any time. It can realize the closed-loop control of the whole process of pressing force and pressing depth in the pressure assembly operation; The touch screen with friendly human-computer interface is intuitive and easy to operate. It is installed with a safety light curtain. If a hand reaches into the installation area during the installation process, the indenter will stop in situ to ensure safe operation.

If it is necessary to add additional functional configurations and size changes or specify other brand parts, the price will be calculated separately. Once the production is completed, the goods will not be returned.

After  more than 50  pieces of data are stored, the old data will  be automatically  overwritten  (note:  the  data  will  be  automatically  cleared  after  power  failure).  The equipment can expand and insert an external USB flash disk (within 8G, FA32 format) to save historical data. The data format is xx.xlsx

5.     The software has the envelope function, which can set the product load range or displacement range according to the requirements. If the real-time data is not within the range, the equipment will alarm automatically.
